Micron Aerosols Ceramic Anti Spatter is a high-performance anti-spatter spray. It provides long lasting protection against spatter build-up on the torch and welding equipment. The ceramic coating protects gas nozzles, contact tips and the contact tip holders during MIG/MAG welding, even at higher amperes and temperatures. Ceramic Anti Spatter is a Boron Nitride coating with high temperature adhesive properties. Ceramic Anti Spatter guarantees the ultimate protection and reduces the excessive spatter build-up on your consumables. 

Ceramic Anti Spatter forms a resistant anti-adhesive nano-ceramic based shield. The strong consistency forms a resistant shield preventing spatter from adhering to metal surfaces. It provides extended period of welding time without cleaning of equipment. It has excellent releasing action and can withstand temperatures up to 1830+°F.

Water based Anti Spatter is a water based, paintable, cost effective and non-flammable agent for the prevention of weld-spatter adhering to metal surfaces during the welding process.

WASP has outstanding performance preventing spatter sticking to a wide range of steels, including mild steel, stainless, steels and aluminium.

WASP avoids the need for mechanical abrasion or grinding of weld spatter following welding.

Direction Of Use: 

Apply the thin uniform layer coating of water base anti spatter agent on the surface to be protected. Do not over apply the solution as excessive solution application may be detrimental to the weld quality.
